RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Products can be exchanged from any of our stores within the 7 working days from the date of purchase. Please note that the product will be only exchanged which are unused, with tag and invoice. We cannot exchange the product without purchase invoice.
Items on sale cannot be exchanged. We will only exchange if the product has any manufacturing defects. Please contact our customer service team and file complain about the product, once we review the product we will confirm you about exchange and refund.
Currently, ZAIB does not have an Exchange/Return policy for international orders. However, if you were delivered an damaged item then please contact our customer care department for further help.
Although we have no existing refund policy. However, in case of unavailability of stock, or if the product is in a faulty condition, refund would be provided. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within approximately two weeks of being processed. All shipping and handling costs and other transactional charges are non-refundable.
You may cancel your order any time before the order has been processed and dispatched. Once the order has been processed, the “Exchange and Return Policy” Will be applied. ZAIB may decline the orders, if the payment did not go through or the product is out of stock. You will always receive the confirmation email and SMS notification once your order is confirmed.
